Due in the U.S.A.: Andrew Lloyd Webber promised a cheering crowd of theatergoers Tuesday night in New York that American audiences will see his next musical, “Sunset Boulevard,” before London. Webber made the disclosure after being pulled onstage at Radio City Music Hall by Michael Crawford during curtain calls for “The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber.”
