Florence Lewis has been named the Mountain View School District Teacher of the Year for 1993.
Lewis was selected by her fellow teachers based on her skills and dedication. During her 25 years in the district, she has been a regular classroom teacher and special-education teacher. She is dean of guidance at Madrid Middle School.
