Given the dismal choice facing California’s voters this fall in choosing between George “Read My Lips” Bush, “Slick Willie” Clinton and H. Ross “the Quitter” Perot, I think The Times would do the voters of this state a positive service if it ran lengthy articles on each of the other ballot-qualified parties and on their presidential candidates.
