BUSH PUSH: Local Republicans are downplaying the importance of the Clinton rally, and vow that George Bush will carry 60% of the Orange County vote. Says local Bush coordinator Bill Noble: “We feel the momentum swinging our way, especially since the last debate.” . . . Bush has been in the county only once since Labor Day. He and Dan Quayle have no plans to be here the last two weeks of the campaign.
