Color in Damian: Actor-singer Michael Damian will play the role of Joseph when Andrew Lloyd Webber’s new production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” opens a pre-Broadway run Feb. 25 at the Pantages. Damian picked up a gold record for “Rock On” in 1989, and followed that with four other hit singles and the release of two albums. San Diego-born Damian also plays rock ‘n’ roll musician Danny Romalotti on the CBS daytime serial “The Young and the Restless.” “Joseph” is a musical retelling of the bibical story of Joseph and his 11 brothers.
