Mark Suit: In Boston, Marky Mark has been named in a suit filed by a man who claims the singer-model kicked him in the face repeatedly and broke his jaw. Robert D. Crehan, 20, claims Mark kicked him while another man held him down on Aug. 30. Mark’s lawyer denied his client had any part in the attack and alleged that the other man, Derek McCall, 20, was solely responsible. Crehan is pressing criminal charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon against Mark and McCall. A hearing is scheduled for Nov. 24 to decide if criminal charges should be issued.
