NO TATTOO, WHEW! The fans don’t have all the fun at the ballpark. Angels pitcher Chuck Finley met TV actress Tawny Kitaen at a game two years ago. Now the two are expecting a baby in three more months. . . . Kitaen, from “America’s Funniest People” and “The New WKRP in Cincinnati,” is featured in People magazine this week. A photo shows her in Finley’s lap. She says of him: “He’s clean-cut and doesn’t have a tattoo. It’s so healthy to have attracted a guy like this.”
