LITTLE WILLIES? Newport Beach’s Gail Wisely is still touting anywhere she can the innocence of husband Willie Wisely, serving life without parole for the 1981 murder of his stepfather. On the nationally syndicated “Jane Whitney Show” recently (KCAL Channel 9, weeknights at 11:30), Wisely says their live-apart marriage is stronger than ever. . . . And asked if their conjugal visits at Folsom Prison will produce a family, Wisely said she wasn’t sure, but “we’d make terrific parents.”
