Honors, Honors: The Screen Actors Guild’s highest honor, the Achievement Award, will go to Oscar-winning actress and UNICEF spokesperson Audrey Hepburn on Jan. 10. The selection was made during Hepburn’s latest mission of mercy to Africa, prior to her recent cancer surgery. . . . Marcello Mastroianni will receive the Distinguished International Filmmaker Award Jan. 16 during the fourth annual Palm Springs International Film Festival.
