Gangs Suspected in Shooting Death

A 22-year-old man has been found dead in his car in Lake View Terrace in an apparent gang-related homicide, Los Angeles police said Saturday.
Ruben Angiano of Sylmar was found Friday night in his car in the 11800 block of Borden Avenue after dying of a single gunshot wound, Sgt. Peter Whittingham said.
The motive in the shooting appears to be gang-related, but police do not know if Angiano himself belonged to a gang, Whittingham said.
There apparently were no witnesses to the shooting, but neighbors called police after hearing gunfire, he said.
