Ford, Citibank Unveil New Credit Cards: Ford Motor Co. and Citibank unveiled credit cards that can offer a maximum $3,500 rebate off the price of a new Ford car or truck. The Ford Citibank Visa and Mastercard carry a variable annual percentage rate, now pegged at 15.4%. Cardholders can get a 5% rebate from purchases on the cards toward a new Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle, with a yearly rebate of up to $700 and a five-year maximum of $3,500.
