William R. Knauer has been promoted to vice president for corporate development at Bromar Inc., a Newport Beach brokerage with retail and food service divisions. He was previously executive vice president for the frozen food and perishables division at Bromar Southern California. Robert Paul, formerly senior vice president of that division, succeeds Knauer as executive vice president.
