‘Office’ addition: UniDirect Corp. in Irvine, which sells Unix software to small businesses, has agreed to acquire the inventory and customer lists of competitor Electronic Office in Worcester, Mass.

Berni Jubb, president of UniDirect, said the acquisition will allow privately held UniDirect to offer a broader array of software for Unix, the operating system widely used in corporate America for computers shared by large numbers of people.

UniDirect expects to report sales of $6 million for 1993, up from $2.4 million last year.
