Christopher Townsend has joined Taco Bell in Irvine as director of government and community affairs. He was formerly vice president of public affairs for Stein-Brief Group Inc., a real estate development company. He is a member of the executive board of the California Democratic Party and recently served as the California deputy director for the Clinton-Gore campaign.
