Cheesecake Factory Files to Sell Shares

The Cheesecake Factory Inc., a restaurant chain based in Calabasas, said it has filed a registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell an additional 400,000 shares of common stock.
The company said those shares were registered on behalf of certain selling stockholders who had received the shares last fall during the company’s reorganization and initial public offering, when 2.3 million shares of stock were sold.
