Foothill Group Fund Raises $432 Million

Foothill Group Inc. said its Foothill Partners II partnership has raised $432 million from institutional investors to loan to distressed companies.

Foothill, a financial-services concern with executive offices in Agoura Hills and Los Angeles, had previously announced that the partnership had raised $234 million as of Dec. 31.

Foothill Partners II is the fourth and largest such fund organized by Foothill, which specializes in business and commercial real estate financing.
