Occidental Petroleum Corp. has named Catharine M. deLacy, vice president of health, environment and safety, and Howard Collins vice president of public relations.
DeLacy joined Los Angeles-based Occidental in 1990 as director of environmental affairs and technical support.
Collins, promoted from director of public relations, joined Occidental in 1984.
