BANG BANG: Teatro Fiesta, a two-screen, 750-seat theater in Santa Ana, has been a hit from its debut nearly five years ago, says assistant manager James Gillespie. “If we can get the product, the business is excellent,” he says. . . . The theater normally shows one made-in-Mexico flick and one made in America but dubbed in Spanish. Audiences “want blood and guts,” he says. The “Rocky” movies and others featuring “gallons and gallons” of blood are popular at the Fiesta Marketplace theaters.
