An Arena for Almost Anything : Schedule: The opening lineup for the Anaheim venue includes everything from sports to pop and country music to ice-skating and a circus.

ANAHEIM — Attractions ranging from country music to roller hockey to rodeo have been scheduled at the $103-million Anaheim Arena, set to debut with an open house June 18 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The first concert in the 19,400-seat building will be a previously announced performance by Barry Manilow on June 19. Other entertainment will include “Disney’s Symphonic Fantasy” June 22 with the Pacific Symphony and the Azusa Pacific University Choir; two country concerts, by Clint Black and Wynonna Judd July 31 and by Alan Jackson Nov. 18; the Argyle and Southern Highlanders Nov. 6, and the Los Ninos Mariachi Festival Nov. 13.
The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus will be at the arena Aug. 3 to 15, the Ice Capades will be there Oct. 19 to 24 and the PRCA Rodeo takes place Nov. 19 and 20.
Sporting events will include Campbell’s 1993 tour of world figure-skating champions on June 23; a “Battle of Basketball Stars” on June 27; a World Wrestling Federation event June 28, team tennis (Newport Beach Dukes vs. Phoenix Smash) July 24, the 1993 Tour of Champion Gymnasts Oct. 9 and the Disneyland Freedom Bowl Basketball Classic Dec. 3 and 4. The L.A. Clippers will play an exhibition basketball game against the Golden State Warriors on Oct. 16.
The arena will be home to the Mighty Ducks, a professional hockey team whose schedule will be announced, and the Anaheim Bullfrogs, a professional roller hockey team that will make its debut July 2. Bullfrog games also are scheduled for July 17, 18, 20, 22 and 24 and Aug. 1 and 22.
