WHAT ABOUT BOB?: County Democrats are offering 1 million shares of “uncommon political stock” in BEATBOB Inc., complete with a phony prospectus and stock certificate. BEATBOB Inc. hopes to raise money to unseat Rep. Robert K. Dornan, R-Garden Grove. Dornan says he may run for President instead of reelection in 1994. “Either way, we think his career is over,” said Howard Adler, county Democratic chairman. Replied Dornan: “I’ve never had to run from anything, and this election is no exception.”
