R.H. Macy May Use Home Shopping Network: The New York retailer said it is exploring an arrangement whereby the cable shopping network would fill orders and provide customer service for the new “TV Macy’s.” Home Shopping Network, based in St. Petersburg, Fla., would provide telephone answering services and process merchandise orders.
