A British court has ordered former Panamanian leader Gen. Manuel A. Noriega and his wife to repay millions of dollars allegedly stolen by his regime. The High Court in London issued the uncontested judgment Friday. Thomas Equels, attorney for the Panamanian government, told the Miami Herald the amount was $44 million.
