Vietnam Tourism Doubles: About 350,000 tourists visited Vietnam during the first half of this year and spent about $133.5 million--twice the volume for the same period in 1992, the Vietnam News Agency reported. Ho Chi Minh City draws the most foreign visitors, but new hotels are being built in Hanoi, Da Nang and other tourist destinations.
