Saw No Evil

I recently visited Rio, Manaus and Buenos Aires, Brazil, with a group of friends, the oldest being 82. Though we heard many horror stories of the crime in Rio and were hesitant to visit, we did not encounter the slightest problem. We stayed at the Caesar Park Hotel on Ipanema and even walked at night to local restaurants. We were cautious, as we would be in any major city.
