Chairman of Hazardous-Waste Firm Metalclad Has Resigned His Position

Metalclad Corp., a Newport Beach provider of hazardous-waste treatment and industrial insulation services, said Monday that its chairman and senior vice president, Ronald E. Robertson, has resigned “to pursue other interests.”

The company named T. Daniel Neveau chairman. He has been a director since July, 1991, and a senior vice president since November, 1992.

For fiscal 1992, the company reported a net loss of $4.5 million, compared to a loss of $976,000 the year before. Revenue declined 26%, to $16.3 million.
