Yields on Two-Year Notes Unchanged: The high yield Tuesday was 3.94%, the same as at the last auction Sept. 21. The two-year Treasury notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 3.875%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,987.60. A total of $16.5 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $40 billion.
