Judge Postpones ICN Pharmaceuticals Annual Meeting: The decision by U.S. District Judge John Sprizzo gave dissident stockholder Rafi M. Khan more time to revive his drive to oust the Costa Mesa firm’s board. The meeting now will be held Feb. 1, and Khan will send out new proxy solicitations shortly. They will note Sprizzo’s ruling last week that Khan failed to disclose his participation in a fraud scheme involving a British stock, along with Khan’s denial of wrongdoing. Khan will also appeal Sprizzo’s findings about the scheme, while Sprizzo said he has asked the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan to determine if Khan has violated any criminal laws.
