Millionaire developer Donald Trump wants to sell stock in his three Atlantic City casinos to help fund a restructuring of his largest property, according to documents. . . . Bausch & Lomb said it will lay off more than 500 employees worldwide, or about 3.3% of the total work force, as part of a restructuring of its sunglass manufacturing and ophthalmic pharmaceutical businesses. . . . General Motors said it is recalling 341,000 vehicles to correct safety-related conditions on certain Pontiac models. . . . Beverly Hills-based Producers Entertainment Group said it signed a letter of intent to pay $12 million for And Interactive Communications Corp., a Los Angeles-based company that produces interactive, multimedia software for CD-ROM and electronic media applications.
