Kelly Services Inc. Buys Staff Leasing Firm: The company, a provider of temporary workers and other staffing services, said it has acquired Your Staff Inc., a staff leasing firm based in Woodland Hills. Terms of the stock transaction were not disclosed. Staff leasing firms are contracted for a client’s entire work force and provide a full range of functions, including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting and training. Your Staff employs about 5,000 people, primarily in California, while Kelly employs about 500,000 temporary workers through 950 offices in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
