Deal of the Week Twenty-seven inns and hotels, including several Best Western sites and the Montecito Inn, are ready to pay you to drive to Santa Barbara and stay a spell. “Tanks for the Memories,” which runs through March 31, is available to anyone who visits Santa Barbara by car. To participate, visitors must present their gasoline receipts ($25 max) at check-in. The cost will be deducted from the room bill. Advance reservations, which are required, are based on space availability.
