Rockwell Names Second Exec VP: Rockwell International Corp. said Don H. Davis has been named an executive vice president and chief operating officer. Davis’ title is the same as that of Kent M. Black, and both executives report to Chairman and Chief Executive Donald R. Beall. Davis will have primary responsibility for the company’s automotive and automation segments. Now reporting to Black are Graphic Systems, Collins Commercial Avionics, Defense Systems, Rocketdyne, Space Systems and Telecommunications.
