In the Buffalo suburb of Hamburg, Karen Tomasik and her husband decided to turn their snow-covered front lawn into a shrine to the Bills. They tore down their daughter’s swing set and made goal posts and placed a small statue of a Buffalo over the fallen effigy of Cowboy quarterback Troy Aikman. Next to the Aikman effigy was ketchup sprinkled on the snow, emblematic of blood.
