* David L. Reagan, a Bank of America vice president, has been appointed regional director of the company’s Private Bank office in Newport Beach. Bank of America’s private banking services unit was merged with its personal trust and investment management group last year. Reagan was previously manager of the bank’s Financial Management and Trust Services unit in San Diego. Before that, he held management positions with Security Pacific Bank and Trust Services of America in Los Angeles.
