Police Seek Man in Irvine Bank Robbery

IRVINE — Police and federal investigators were searching Saturday for a gray-haired man in his 40s who robbed HomeFed Bank of more than $1,100.
The man walked into the bank at 4180 Barranca Parkway at 11:20 a.m. He gave a note to the teller demanding money and then ran from the bank, police Sgt. Dick Bowman said.
