7 Die as Bomb Explodes on Azerbaijan Subway

BAKU, Azerbaijan — Seven people were killed and at least 30 injured when a bomb exploded on a subway car here Sunday, the Health Ministry said.
The bomb, apparently planted under a seat, exploded in the second car of the train as it passed through a tunnel, the Interior Ministry said.
Thirteen people were killed in a similar explosion on the Baku subway in March.
