TransWorld Bank in Sherman Oaks has promoted Timothy L. Weaver to senior vice president, corporate banking. Previously, Weaver was a vice president at the 10-office bank.

* Robert Manley has been appointed regional vice president of corporate banking at Sherman Oaks-based American Pacific State Bank. Manley joins American Pacific from Valencia National Bank, where he was founding president.

Also, Elizabeth Hopp was named vice president and manager of American Pacific’s new Valencia office, which is scheduled to open next month. Most recently, Hopp was vice president and branch manager of the Newhall office of Valencia National Bank.
