Los Angeles-based Smart & Final Inc. announced the appointment of John Goneau as president of its Port Stockton Food Distributors Inc. subsidiary. The firm is a broad-line food service distributor based in Stockton. Goneau succeeds A.L. Del Prete, who recently announced his retirement. Most Recently, Goneau served as vice president of warehousing and distribution at Smart and Final.
