** C+C Music Factory, “Anything Goes,” Columbia. A disappointing follow-up to producers-writers Robert Clivilles and David Cole’s 1990 debut, the dance-music classic “Gonna Make You Sweat.” There are no irresistible funk-driven tracks, but there are a few red-hot Latin dance tunes featuring the hip-hop trio Trilogy. New albums are rated on a scale of one star (poor), two stars (fair), three stars (good) and four stars (excellent).
