Kathleen Brown Brings Campaign to Orange County Forum Event

State treasurer and gubernatorial candidate Kathleen Brown will be the featured speaker at a public luncheon Wednesday sponsored by the Orange County Forum.

The nonprofit, nonpartisan organization provides opportunities for newsmakers to discuss issues affecting Orange County.

Brown’s campaign rival, Gov. Pete Wilson, has also been invited to address the Irvine-based organization prior to the November election. No date has been arranged yet for Wilson, according to a forum spokesperson. Recent polls show that Brown and Wilson are locked in a tight race.
