Wide receivers Ed Hervey and Keyshawn Johnson didn’t play in a 38-14 loss to Penn State and tight ends Tyler Cashman and John Allred had sat out a combined two weeks of practice.

Tailback Leonard Green, expected to be a key player in the pass offense, has been slowed by a stubborn hamstring pull for weeks and played only briefly Saturday.

“Once we get these guys healed up, we’ll get caught up,” Robinson said. “We’re not as bad as we looked.”
