Ciba-Geigy Corp.: The company said Thursday that its Anaheim-based Ciba Composites division has acquired a BP Chemical division in Auburn, Wash. Terms of the sale of BP’s Advanced Materials Division were not disclosed. Both companies manufacture airplane parts.

In a separate announcement, the Basel, Switzerland, industrial conglomerate said that Ciba Composites has signed a five-year contract to provide floor panels for Boeing’s Commercial Airplane Group. Ciba would not disclose contract terms.
