* A candidates forum--featuring local candidates running for Congress and the Assembly--will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday at Antelope Valley College’s choral room, 3041 W. Ave. K, Lancaster. * The League of Women Voters will make a presentation and review of the Nov. 8 ballot initiatives at three locations.
