Del Taco Executive: Michael Fulkerson has joined Del Taco as vice president of franchise development. The Orange-based company has “some truly ambitious plans for the growth of the Del Taco chain in the coming years, and Mike brings the uppermost level of enthusiasm and experience needed for the job,” said Kevin Moriarty, Del Taco’s chairman and chief executive officer.

Before joining Del Taco, Fulkerson served as vice president of international franchising at Foodmaker Inc., the San Diego-based parent company of the Jack-in-the-Box fast-food chain.
