Bergen Brunswig Corp.: The company said Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of Seattle-based Biddle & Crowther Co. The Orange-based company did not provide terms of the deal.

The addition of Biddle & Crowther’s medical and pharmaceutical distribution operations will add $48 million to Bergen Brunswig’s annual revenue.

Biddle & Crowther operates 25 medical distribution facilities in Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Utah.
