Hilton Posts Higher Earnings: Hilton Hotels Corp. reported an 18% increase in fourth-quarter profits led by a strong improvement in its Las Vegas operations. The company earned $38.1 million, or 79 cents a share, for the fourth quarter of 1994. That compares with $32.3 million, or 67 cents a share, in the fourth quarter of 1993. For all of 1994, Hilton earned $121.7 million, or $2.52 per share, up 15% from $102.7 million, or $2.14 per share, in 1993.
