Help for Aspiring Entrepreneurs: Entrepreneur magazine is sponsoring workshops for small-business owners and would-be entrepreneurs at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Saturday and Sunday. Topics include how to get a loan, ideas for home-based businesses, organizing a home office, tax tips for small business and buying a franchise. More than 100 exhibitors will be on hand to offer franchise or business opportunities, as well as products and services geared to small-business owners. Other event sponsors are AT&T;, Office Depot, Wells Fargo Bank and KFWB radio. Admission is $10; the workshops are free.
