Cytocare Inc.: The Aliso Viejo medical products and services company recorded 1994 profit of $4.4 million, or 82 cents a share, compared with 1993 profit of $530,000, or 10 cents a share. Revenue gained 19% to $16.3 million from $13.7 million. For the fourth quarter, profit totaled $1.3 million, or 24 cents a share, compared with $120,000, or 2 cents a share, for the corresponding 1993 quarter. Revenue rose to $4 million from $3.1 million.
