BOND TICKER : Parents to Hold Candlelight Vigil

Parents are planning a candlelight vigil Tuesday at the county Hall of Administration to raise awareness about the way schools have been hurt by the financial crisis.
The rally will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and will precede a night meeting of the Board of Supervisors, which begins at 7.
A similar rally outside the Hall of Administration last month attracted more than 200 parents, teachers and students.
