Brian F. Goebel has been appointed vice president, group actuarial for PM Group Life Insurance Co., a Fountain Valley subsidiary of Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Co. He had been second vice president, actuarial. In addition, Loraine D. Klotz has been appointed field vice president, multiple employer trust. Klotz, who joined Pacific Mutual in 1981, had previously been regional director.
