Pacific Physician to Acquire Team Health in Stock Swap: The Redlands, Calif.-based health care management company said it has agreed to take over Team Health Group Inc. for about $52.4 million in stock. Knoxville, Tenn.-based Team Health, a provider of physician staffing and management services for hospital emergency and radiology departments, had revenue of $66 million for the fiscal year ended July 31. Pacific Physician Services Inc. said it will issue 3.1 million new common shares in exchange for all the outstanding securities of privately held Team Health.
